Our 2010 School Year is under way and students are developing some exceptional projects
in class. We have adapted many of our class projects to accommodate students with special needs and to integrate a collaborative
hands on approach to science for students who are at many different levels of academic ability and progress.
There is no such thing as being "too young" to explore science. However, some of the projects
shown on our site do require some basic skills before they can be properly built. If you are unfamiliar with the basics,
please take the time to read about basic skills before you attempt some of these projects. There are many books available
about science lab safety, machine shop safety, personal protective gear and basic assembly skills. Most who
have basic scientific and mechanical skills will find that the projects illustrated on our site are easily and safely
performed in any classroom, garage or small workshop with the proper planning.
We encourage everyone to explore our many innovative class projects.
